DEPLOYMENT

Live in 12 Weeks:
Warehouse Management System Deployment.

Traditional WMS rollouts run 9 to 18 months — enough time for the business that ordered the system to have changed shape before it ships. Spatialis OS deployments average 12 weeks, in four phases, because the heaviest lift — building the 3D model of the facility — takes hours with a tape measure, not a CAD consultant and a multi-month digitization project.

Every deployment is phased flow-by-flow through UAT, so most facilities keep running at normal volume right up to go-live.

WEEKS 1–2

Discovery & Digital Twin Setup

We map the facility and define workflows with your operations team, then build the live 3D model — every bin, shelf, rack, and aisle in true X, Y, Z space.

WEEKS 3–5

Configuration & Integration

Pre-built connectors go live against your ERP and eCommerce stack (NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or a custom REST integration), and the AI slotting engine is configured against your SKU mix.

WEEKS 6–9

Phased UAT & Training

Each workflow — receiving, put-away, picking, kitting — is tested flow-by-flow against live data before it goes to the floor. Staff onboarding runs in parallel; most new hires reach full productivity in about two hours on the indoor-navigation interface.

WEEKS 10–12

Go-Live & Hypercare

Full production launch, backed by a 30-minute hypercare SLA while the floor stabilizes.

Hypercare · First 2 Weeks<30 minElevated, near-real-time acknowledgement during floor stabilization.
Standard · Business Hours<2 hrs9:00–17:00 ET, standard ticketing triage.
Emergency · 24/7<30 minCritical incident line, continuous engineering until restored.

Warehouses don't fail from lack of effort. They fail from not knowing, in real time, where everything is.

FAQ

Questions about deployment.

01How long does a Spatialis OS deployment take?

12 weeks on average, not the 9–18 months typical of legacy WMS rollouts: discovery and digital twin setup (weeks 1–2), configuration and integration (weeks 3–5), phased UAT and training (weeks 6–9), and go-live with hypercare support (weeks 10–12).

02What support do we get after go-live?

Hypercare for the first two weeks, with under-30-minute acknowledgement during floor stabilization; standard business-hours ticketing (under 2 hours) after that; and a 24/7 emergency line with continuous engineering until restored for critical incidents.

03Do we need to pause operations during implementation?

No — deployment is phased flow-by-flow through UAT, so the floor keeps running at normal volume through configuration and testing, with the full cutover happening at go-live in weeks 10–12.
