We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share personal information only as follows:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf under written confidentiality and data-protection obligations — cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processors, transactional email providers, and privacy-focused analytics providers.
- The third-party platforms you choose to connect (e.g. your Shopify or NetSuite account), to the extent necessary to perform the integration you configured.
- Professional advisors (legal, accounting) where necessary to our business.
- Regulators, law enforcement, or other parties where required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Spatialis OS, our users, or others.

7. International Data Transfers
We primarily host and process data in Canada and the United States. Where personal information is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps — such as contractual safeguards — to ensure it continues to receive an appropriate level of protection.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account and integration data is generally retained for the duration of your subscription and for a limited period afterward to allow for reactivation or export, after which it is deleted or anonymized, except where longer retention is required by law.
9. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of passwords and authentication tokens, access controls, and monitoring for unauthorized activity. No system is completely secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and, where required, the relevant regulator, in accordance with applicable law.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
