Nothing hidden.

  1. Floor space freed: floor area × capacity recovered × occupancy cost. The value of space you no longer need to rent or build.
  2. Picking labour: pickers × paid hours × share spent walking × travel reduced × wage.
  3. Onboarding: new hires × (ramp-up days × 8 h − 2 h) × wage.
  4. Hardware avoided: scanners × rugged scanner price, counted once, because Spatialis OS runs on the phones and tablets you already own.
  5. 3-year value: annual savings × 3 + hardware avoided.
